BA lovely cake made with semolina, with the addition of mangoes.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Semolina - 1 cup.
  2. Mango puree - 1 cup.
  3. Powdered sugar - 1 cup.
  4. Baking powder - 1 spoon.
  5. Ellaychi [cardamom] powder - 1 spoon.
  6. Mango essence - 1 spoon.
  7. Fragrance free oil - 1/4 cup.
  8. Saffron treads - 8-10.
  9. Milk - 1 table spoon.

Instructions

  1. In a big bowl add semolina, mango puree, powder sugar, ellaychi powder, half chopped almonds, baking powder, mango essence and mix well.
  2. Let it rest for 10 minutes so that semolina absurd mango and rise up.
  3. Meanwhile add saffron threads in milk.
  4. After 10 minutes mix well cake mixture... If mixture seems dry add little milk in it.
  5. Preheat oven at 180' C.
  6. Pour mixture in greased baking cup mould.
  7. Garnish it with saffron and rest all chopped almonds.
  8. Bake it at 180'C for 20 - 25 minutes or more till toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Your soft moist yummy and healthy mango semolina cake ready to eat.
