Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Semolina- 1 cup
  2. Mango puree- 1 1/4 cup
  3. Sugar-3/4 cup
  4. Milk powder- 1/2cup
  5. Baking soda- 1/4teaspoon
  6. Baking powder- 1/2teaspoon
  7. Oil-1/4cup
  8. Cashewnut- 2tablespoons
  9. Mango essence- 2teaspoon
  10. Milk-1/4cup


  1. Preheat cooker layered the base with salt and place a ring.
  2. Take mango puree, Semolina, Milk powder,oil in a bowl and mix them nicely.
  3. Now add mango essence, Baking powder, baking soda,Powder sugar and mix them nicely.
  4. Now let it rest for 10 minutes.
  5. Pour the batter in grease tin.
  6. Garnish with cashewnut.
  7. Place the tin in preheated cooker.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes on slow flam.
