Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250gms Paneer
  2. 2 onions
  3. 2 tomato
  4. 1 tbspn cashew nut
  5. Finely chopped corrainder
  6. 1tsp Sugar
  7. 1tsp pav bhaji masala
  8. 1tsp sambar masala
  9. 1tsp mix masala
  10. 1/4tsp Turmeric powder
  11. salt as per taste
  12. 1tsp ginger garlic paste
  13. 2 tbspn butter
  14. 2tspn oil

Instructions

  1. Firstly grind all the ingredients except butter, oil, corriander and obviously keep the paneer aside.
  2. Take a pan add butter and oil keep the gas on low flame
  3. Add all the ground mixture and give a good stir
  4. Then add corriander and 1/2 cup of water, let the mixture cook until it starts leaving oil approx 4 to 5 min
  5. Then add paneer n stir
  6. Close the lid and let it cook for 5 min.Do not forget to stir in between the process
  7. Lastly garnish with corriander
