Ingredients to make Crispy noodles

  • Noodles- 1 Packet
  • cabbage- 1/2cup, shredded
  • carrots- 1, julienned
  • Capcicum- 1/2 sliced
  • onion 1 sliced
  • Soya chunks- 1/2 cup
  • tomato , chilli and soya sauce- 1 tbsp
  • vinegar- 1 tsp
  • ginger Garlic Paste- 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • Ajinomoto- a pinch
  • oil as required

How to make Crispy noodles

  1. Boil noodles and then fry them till they are crispy.
  2. Add 2tbs oil.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste.
  4. Add onion, capsicum and carrots saute for a min.
  5. Add soya granules.
  6. Now add cabbage and saute.
  7. Add all sauces.
  8. Add salt and ajinomoto.
  9. Toss all sauces in high flame.
  10. Add crispy noodles and toss and serve hot.
