Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Noodles 2 small pkts or fried noodles 3 cups
  2. Oil to deep fry noodles
  3. Onion 1 sliced
  4. Carrot, cabbage, beans& capsicum 1 cup. Cut into small strips.
  5. Ginger garlic 2 tbsp chopped
  6. red chillies 2 chopped
  7. Pepper 1/2 tsp
  8. Light Soy sauce 1 1/2 tbsp
  9. Tomato sauce 1 1/2 tbsp
  10. chilli sauce 1/2 tsp
  11. Vinegar 1/2 tsp
  12. Salt


  1. Boil a bowl of water. When it starts boiling, off the flame & put the noodles. Keep covered for 2 min.
  2. After 2 min, drain it.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Fry noodles well. Put on a tissue paper. Break the noodles into small pieces.
  4. In another pan.add put 1 tbsp oil. Fry ginger garlic & red chillies. Fry well.
  5. Then add onion & veg along with all sauces, Soy, Chilli, tomato sauces, salt & vinegar. Cook till veg r cooked.
  6. Add fried noodles & stir well till all noodles r well coated with sauces.
  7. Sprinkle pepper . Stir well.
  8. Serve hot.
