Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Ragi 1 cup
  2. Pearl Millet 1 cup
  3. Kodo millet 1 cup
  4. Idli rice 1 cup
  5. Salt
  6. Fenugreek 1/2 tsp
  7. Urad dal 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Wash and Soak the ingredients except salt for 2 hours
  2. Grind using grinder to make smooth batter
  3. Ferment it for 6 hours
  4. Add salt and mix well
  5. Pour the batter in a Idli mould and cover with lid
  6. Cook for 10 to 15 min on medium flame
