  1. 1/2 of bowl sabudana
  2. 3-4 medium sized boiled potatoes
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. 3-4 Green chilli
  5. Green coriander
  6. Roasted peanuts n crushed
  7. 1/2 spoon red chilli powder
  8. Oil for frying
  9. 1/2 spoon garam masala

Instructions

  1. First of all soak the sabudana for 4-5h
  2. Boil potatoes Mash potatoes with Messer or with the help of fork. Roast peanut Chop green chilli and coriander finely Now sabudana n all others ingredients in a big bowl Now prepare boll of mixer with help of palms n deep fry each ball with low flame Cutlets are ready to eat
