ABOUT Colorful sabudana pulao RECIPE

Tradional maharastrian breakfast but in my way. Given differrent taste by using tomatoes and red chilli powder and skipping crushed peanuts.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup 3 hours soaked sabudana
  2. 1 medium size potatoes chopped in cubes
  3. 2 chopped green chillies
  4. Some chopped coriander leaves
  5. 1 chopped tomato
  6. Half tbsp red chilli powder
  7. Sendha namak to taste
  8. 2 tbsp Ghee

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in a pan and add green chillies and potatoes and cook till soft
  2. Then add tomatoes red chilli powder and salt. Mix and cook till soft
  3. Now add soaked sabudana and mix. Cook few minutes more and switch off the flame
  4. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot
