Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Thick curd - 1 cup
  2. Sabudana / sago - 1/4 cup
  3. Roasted n crushed cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
  4. Black salt - 1/4 tsp
  5. Sugar - 1/2 tsp
  6. Chopped green chilly - 1/4 tsp
  7. Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tsp
  8. Roasted peanuts powder - 1 tsp
  9. Roasted peanuts - for garnishing
  10. Pomegranate seeds - for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Dry roast the sabudana for two mins
  2. Soak sago / sabudana for 2 hours and strain it.
  3. Whisk the curd.
  4. Add roasted n crushed cumin seeds,black salt,sugar and mix well.
  5. Add green chilly, sabudana,roasted peanuts powder and coriander leaves and mix well.
  6. Garnish with roasted peanuts,pomegranate seeds and coriander leaves
  7. Serve chilled.
