Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Sabudana 1 bowl
  2. Milk 1/2 litre
  3. Sugar as per taste
  4. Saffron
  5. Dryfruits chopped
  6. Elaichi 2


  1. Soak sabudana for 6-8 hours in water after washing them properly.
  2. Boil milk with some water added to it.
  3. Add elaichi, sugar, and sabudana to this boiling milk.
  4. Soak saffron in sm cold milk for an hour before making this kheer. This will give very good colour to kheer.
  5. Now add this saffron to kheer.
  6. Now add coarsely chopped dry fruits.
  7. Let sabudana boil with milk only for 10- 15 mins.
  8. This kheer can be served hot or cold.
