Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Sabudana doaked 1 cup
  2. Milk 1 liter
  3. Sugar to taste
  4. Safforn 1/4
  5. Dry fruits 4tbsp choped
  6. Chironji n saffron fir garnishing


  1. Soak the sabudana about 2-3hour.
  2. Put the milk in deep pan on flame put soaked sabudana in milk add saffron in it.
  3. Now boil the milk continuesly stir the kheer other kheer became burn in base.
  4. When sabudana get transparent and milk get thick add sugar and chop nuts mix well .
  5. Cook 10min. More.
  6. When kheer completely get nyc thick consistency switch off the flame.
  7. Now serve the kheer with garnish saffron n choonki.
