Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Maida - 1 cup
  2. s Suji - 1/4 C
  3. Jaggery - 1 cup
  4. butter - 2 tb sp
  5. Salt 2 pinches
  6. Oil for frying
  7. Water

Instructions

  1. In a deep and bowl add maida, suji & salt
  2. Mix them well
  3. Add butter & mix thoroughly
  4. add water little by little to knead it into puri type dough.
  5. Make half of marble size balls with the kneaded mixture.
  6. If you have a wooden block for making these ,it will be easy as you just have to carefully rolling down through pressing with your thumb as seen in the pic on top!
  7. Once all the the balls are made inot gavvalu or shells, drop them partly
