ABOUT Vrat Ki Papdi Chat | Kuttu Ki Papdi | Baked Buckwheat Savory Crackers Chat RECIPE

Vrat ki papdi chat is a crunchy and deep fried snack which is eaten during fasting or vrat. This is a vegan and gluten-free snack too and I am sharing a baked version. Vrat ki papdi is again a different style of eating to break the monotony of traditional fasting food. Vrat ki papdi chat is a tangy, savory snack with tamarind chutney, green chutney, and curd. Sprinkled cumin seed powder and red chili powder (if allowed in fasting) and served at room temperature.
