this is one of the healthiest pizza I have tried and believe me taste was superb,I think when we have healthier options why should we go for unhealthy things,come lets try pearl millet pizza...when pizzas are so healthy they can be enjoyed everyday

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. pearl millet flour 2 cups
  2. salt as per taste
  3. 1/4 th cup pizza sauce
  4. two teaspoons butter
  5. water to knead the dough
  6. 1/4 th cup chopped red bell pepper
  7. 1/4 th cup chopped yellow bell pepper
  8. 1/4 th cup chopped capsicum
  9. 1/4 th cup chopped onions
  10. pizza cheese 1 /2 block


  1. take pearl millet flour in a bowl
  2. add salt to taste and knead a dough with the help of water
  3. take small portion and make a ball like
  4. roll ball in pearl millet flour
  5. keep on rolling board and tap with hand
  6. make small roti type,if you feel sticy add flour
  7. flip on hot tawa and roast it will
  8. Sprinkle some water so it doesn’t blow
  9. roast from both the sides
  10. now apply butter on roti
  11. now spread some pizza sauce
  12. add some onions
  13. add bell pepper,
  14. grate some cheese over it
  15. they are ready to bake
  16. bake in preheated oven for 7-8 minutes
  17. cut them in four pieces and they are ready to serve
