Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Pearl millet 1 cup
  2. Raw rice 1 cup
  3. Urad dal 1/2 cup
  4. Jaggery 1/2 cup
  5. Grated Coconut 1/2 cup
  6. oil

Instructions

  1. Soak rice millet urad dal for 2 hours
  2. Grind it to make smooth batter
  3. Add jaggery, grated coconut and mix well
  4. Heat oil in a Appe pan and pour the batter and cook on both the sides for 1 min
  5. Decorate with grated jaggery and coconut
