Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. For Bean Corn kebab:
  2. Buckwheat Flour 2-3 tablespoon
  3. Black Beans 1 Cup (Boiled & Mashed) ( can be avoid in navratri)
  4. Sweet Potatoes/Yams 2 Mashed
  5. Corn ¼ Cups boiled and mashed
  6. Jalapenos 2 tablespoon chopped
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Paprika to taste
  9. Red Chilli Flakes 1-2 teaspoon
  10. Fresh Coriander A fist full
  11. Oil 1-2 tablespoon
  12. Chat Masala 1 teaspoon
  13. For Guacamole -Avocados 2 ripped n mashed
  14. Onion 1 finely diced
  15. Jalapeno deseeded and minced
  16. Tomatoes 2 finely diced
  17. Fajita seasoning, to taste
  18. Fresh Cilantro ½ cup
  19. Lime juice 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Remove the flesh of the avocados. Mash the avocados with the back of a fork. Put the avocado and lime juice in a bowl. Combine all ingredients in it.
  2. Mix to combine. Guacamole is ready.
  3. Kebabs: Take all the ingredients in a mixing Bowl and It is a base of Beans, corns, yams and buckwheat flour.
  4. Take around guava size dough ball in your hand and shape it in round / oblong kebabs as per your choice.
  5. Heat a skillet on medium heat and brush it slightly. Place kebabs on it and brush the top too.
  6. Turn it carefully after 2-3 minutes or until golden in color. Cook from both side.
