Tandoori Dhokla

Ingredients to make Tandoori Dhokla

  • besan 2 cup
  • lemon juice 1 teaspoon
  • hing a pinch
  • baking soda 1/4 teaspoon
  • Black mustard seeds 1 teaspoon
  • chopped coriander leaves 4 tsp
  • chopped pudina leaves 4 teaspoon
  • curd half cup
  • salt to taste
  • white oil 2 teaspoon
  • Sattu 2 teaspoon
  • ginger garlic paste one teaspoon
  • Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 teaspoon

How to make Tandoori Dhokla

  1. in a bowl mix bason hing lemon juice salt
  2. add water then blend it
  3. add one teaspoon oil and baking soda
  4. now grease a bowl and pour the better in it
  5. steam it in medium heat about 15 minutes
  6. now the Dhokla is ready
  7. cut it in square pieces
  8. in a bowl mix curd Sattu salt coriander leaves pudina leaves kasmiri red chilli powder
  9. in a frying pan heat one teaspoon oil then add mustard seed ginger garlic paste
  10. add this Tadka in the curd mixture
  11. Coat the dhokla pieces with the curd mixture
  12. Now shallow fry the dhokla pieces very gently
