Tandoori maggi

Ingredients to make Tandoori maggi

  • Maggi packets - 2
  • onion - 1 big
  • garlic- chopped a little
  • oil- 1/2 tsp
  • salt- to taste
  • Tandoori masala- abt two pinches

How to make Tandoori maggi

  1. Take a kadayi
  2. Add little oil,
  3. Once oil is heated up add chopped garlic and chopped onions
  4. Fry well till onion turns slightly brown
  5. Add required water and boil with salt
  6. Once water is boiled add maggi and masala together
  7. While cooking add little tandoori masala
  8. Once noodles is cooked well, serve hot

My Tip:

Pour the rquired quantiry of water otherwise noodles will become mushy
