Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Mushroom 1 packet
  2. Bajji mix 1 packet
  3. Potato 4 nos
  4. Garam masala 1 spoon
  5. Chilli powder 1 spoon
  6. Turmeric powder
  7. Oil for fry
  8. Bread crumps 100 grams
  9. Salt

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the mushroom.slit in to 4 without break
  2. Take 100gram bajji mix add water to become batter.Dip the mushrooms in bajji mix.
  3. Heat oil in pan.Fry the coated mushrooms in 2 minutes.
  4. Boil and mash the potatos. Add salt, turmeric powder,chilli powder,garam masala powder.
  5. Add 1 cup rice flour .
  6. Mash thoroughly make a ball keep the mushroom bajji inside
  7. Roll into bread crumbs
  8. Heat the oil, keep in low flame, fry the kola urundai.
  9. Hot crispy colourful mushroom kola urundai ready.
