Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Mushroom 1 pack
  2. Potato 1/4kg
  3. Bajji mix 1 pack
  4. Chilli powder 2 spoon
  5. Turmeric powder 1 spoon
  6. Garam masala powder 1 spoon
  7. Bread crumps 1 cup
  8. All purpose flr 1 cup
  9. Oil
  10. Salt

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the mushroom
  2. Slit them into 4 without breaking
  3. Take100gram bajji mix add water to become a form of batter
  4. Dip the mushrooms in bajji mix
  5. Heat oil in a pan.Fry the coated mushrooms in oil to golden brown.
  6. Boil the potatos
  7. Mash the potatos without lumps.Add turmeric,chilli,garam masala powder and salt.
  8. Add all purpose flour.
  9. Mash it throughly
  10. Make lemon size balls and flatten it slightly keep the mushroom bajji inside
  11. Make a ball roll in to bread crumps
  12. Heat oil dip the kola urundai keep the low flame
  13. Hot hot crispy tasty mushrooms kola urundai ready to serve
