Chicken is everybody's favourite. No function is complete without a chicken fry.Try this juicy chickens and I hope you will end up in eating more and more.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chicken peices preferably boneless- 1kg
  2. Corn Flour - 2 tablespoon
  3. Red chilli powder- 2 teaspoon
  4. Kashmir red chilli powder- 1 teaspoon
  5. Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Coriander powder- 1/4 teaspoon
  7. Garam masala- 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Salt - As per your taste
  9. Red color - optional
  10. Lemon juice of 1/2 lemon
  11. Chicken fry masala powder - any brand- 2 -3 tablespoon
  12. Water- for sprinkling
  13. Curry leaves- 6-10


  1. Clean the chicken until all the blood washes away.
  2. Put the chickens into a seive or a colander to drain away the excess water.
  3. Now marinate the chicken pieces with ginger garlic paste, salt, all masalas as mentioned, lemon juice, corn flour, chicken fry masala and coat it nicely.
  4. The marination should neither be too dry nor runny.
  5. Sprinkle some water to get a nice paste
  6. Add the curry leaves
  7. Leave it to rest for 10-15 mins either in refrigerator or outside.
  8. Put oil in the frying pan
  9. After it gets heated,Add the chicken pieces one by one and flip it all sides.
  10. Do not overcrowd the pan
  11. Fry until it turns slightly brown on all the sides.
  12. Chicken fry is now ready!!!
