ABOUT Chicken Fry RECIPE

This is a simple and tasty recipe

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chicken legs 2 big or 4 small.
  2. Corn flour 2tbsp
  3. Egg 1
  4. Soy Sauce 1tsp
  5. Curd 1tbsp
  6. Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  7. Chilli powder 3 tbsp
  8. coriander powder 1tsp
  9. Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  10. Garam masala 1/2 tsp,or less
  11. Lemon juice 1/2 lemon.
  12. Salt
  13. oil to fry

Instructions

  1. Cut lines on chicken legs. Mix all the other ingredients and rub on chicken pieces. Marinate and keep in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
  2. Heat oil and deep fry the pieces.
  3. Serve with veg salad
