Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Kuttu Aata 1 cup
  2. Curd half cup
  3. Sendha namak 1 spoon
  4. Water as required
  5. Oil 2spoon


  1. Sieve the Kuttu Aata.
  2. Mix salt and curd in it.
  3. Now add water for make a dosa pouring consistency.
  4. Heat tawa, greased it.
  5. Sprinkle some water on tawa and wipe it.
  6. Now make dosa on low heat.
  7. After few second medium The flame.
  8. Flip it and cook another side.
  9. Fold it and serve.
  10. You can stuff aloo aur paneer stuffing.
  11. Serve with Nariyal chatni or curd or stuffing.
