Kuttu Dosa

Ingredients to make Kuttu Dosa

  • 1 bowl kuttu flour
  • 3 boiled potatoes
  • 1tblspn rock salt
  • 1tblspn red chilli powder
  • 1tblsp dhania powder
  • 1 bowl curd
  • Oil or ghee

How to make Kuttu Dosa

  1. In a bowl of flour add 3 spn of curd.mix it. Now add half tblspn salt and half tblspn red chilli powder.
  2. Add little water and make the batter. See if water is required more than add it un the batter. If have to see the consistency.
  3. Now take a wok and add oil in it.
  4. Mash the potatoes and put it in the wok. Add salt , dhania powder, and red chilli powder. Mix it and let it be crispy. Now heat the flat pan and brush it.
  5. Pour the batter on it and spread.
  6. Now flip it.
  7. Then again flip it and fill it with stuffing of potatoes.
  8. Now fold it and dosa is ready.
  9. Serve it with green chutney and curd.
  10. I have added kaddu subzi also.

My Tip:

It tastes gud.

U show both side of dosa. Its brown in colour, bfr u add stuff how it colour change black???

because after cooking kuttu becomes darn brown in color.
