Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Hung curd 1 cup
  2. Hershey's Caramel syrup 4 tbsp
  3. Cardamom pwdr 1 tsp
  4. Sliced nuts 2 tbsp
  5. Puris as much as you neeed


  1. Remove the whey frm the curd completely
  2. In our hung curd , add the cardamom pwdr
  3. Add the Hershey's Caramel syrup. I added little more than 4tbsp.Tatse and add as per your sweetness
  4. Whisk well.Use a hand whisk to remove the lumps
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 mins
  6. Serve drizzled with some more caramel and some nuts along with garama garam puris
