This is a less oil breakfast, easy to make and healthy too.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Singoda flour 1 cup
  2. Sabudana 2 tbsp grind
  3. Half cup curd
  4. Eno fruit salt 1 packet
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1 inchGinger and green chilli 1 chopped
  7. Dry fruits as you like chopped
  8. Grated Nariyal 2tablespoon
  9. Some oil


  1. First mix Singhara flour and sabudana flour.
  2. Add curd,salt,green chilli and Ginger.
  3. Mix some dry fruits in this better.
  4. In a separate bowl mix grated Nariyal and dry fruits.
  5. Now Add some water for thick consistency.
  6. Greased the appe pan with some oil.
  7. Heat the appe pan.
  8. Mix eno fruit salt in mixture and pour one spoon batter in appe pan.
  9. Now put some dry fruits over the batter in appe pan.
  10. And over the dry fruits put some better again.
  11. Cover the appe pan and cook for 2 minutes.
  12. Now flip over the appe and Pour some oil over appe.
  13. Again cover the appe pan and cook for 5 minutes.
  14. Appe is cooked,served with coconut chutney.:blush:
