Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 litre milk
  2. 1/2 cup sugar
  3. Some dry fruits chopped (kishmish, chuarha, almonds,andcashews)
  4. 1 cup grated coconut
  5. 1/2 cup kesar milk
  6. 1/2 half teapoon elachai powder
  7. 1 chopped apple


  1. Take a heavy bottomed pan and boil milk.
  2. Lower the flame when milk starts boiling and add kesar.
  3. Add grated coconut, chopped dry fruits, sugar and mix well.
  4. When the milk has thickened and all ingredients mixed properly, turn off the flame and add the elaichi powder.
  5. Let the mixture cool down and then add chopped apples.
  6. Mix the apples, chill in the refrigerator and serve.
