Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Sama rice 1/4cup
  2. Makhana 1/2cup coarsely grind
  3. Milk 1 lit.
  4. Sugar according to taste
  5. Elaichi powder 1/2sp.
  6. Ghee 2tbsp
  7. Kaju, chirongi n makhana for garnish


  1. Put the pan on flame add 1 tbsp ghee and roast the makhanalal and grind it.
  2. Wash the rice n strain the water .
  3. Now put the pan on flame add 1 tbsp ghee put wash rice n saute fry 3-5 min.
  4. Now add milk n grind makhana and cook with continues stir.
  5. When rice become cook n soft add sugar and cook the kheer until get thick .
  6. Now lastly add elaichi powder and nuts mix well switch off the flame .
  7. Serve in bowl and garnish with some nuts as u like.
