Ingredients to make Chicken Corn Cutlet

  • Boneless chicken 250 grams
  • Medium Size potato 4 Boiled
  • Sweet corn 1 Vati
  • ginger & Garlic paste 1/2 spoon
  • chicken Masala 1/2 spoon
  • Kashmiri lalmirch 1/2 spoon
  • salt as per taste
  • lemon Juice 1 Spoon

How to make Chicken Corn Cutlet

  1. Grind Boneless Chicken roughly.
  2. Add lemon juice & Salt.
  3. Add sweet corn & all spices.
  4. Cook for 15 minute without water with steam.
  5. Cool down & add boiled potatoes.
  6. Make Cutlet & shallow fry.
  7. Serve with tomato sauce.
