ABOUT Chicken Breadcrumbs Cutlet RECIPE

Chicken vegetable cutlets coated with breadcrumbs and full of healthy vegetables. Different and really yummy as a starter.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Chicken breast pieces - 1/2 kg
  2. Potato - 3 Large
  3. Sweet corn - 1 Cup
  4. Green peas - 1/2 Cup
  5. Carrot - 1/2 cup (chopped in julienne)
  6. French beans - 1/2 cup (chopped in slits)
  7. Green chilies - 3-4
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Pepper - 1 tsp
  10. Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  11. Breadcrumbs - 1 Cup
  12. Egg -1
  13. Oil for shallow frying

Instructions

  1. Boil chicken with sufficient water and salt and then shred it. Keep the stock separately.
  2. Boil corn and peas, drain the water and keep aside. Boil the French beans but make sure they are half done. Boil, peel and mash the potatoes.
  3. Add all the vegetables and powders mention in ingredients list and the shredded chicken in mashed potatoes. Mix and add 3 tbsp of chicken stock.
  4. Make patties with the help of your palms. Spread the breadcrumbs in a plate and coat all Patties with it. Whisk egg with salt and dip the cutlet in it.
  5. Heat oil in fry pan and shallow fry all the cutlets. Remove on tissue paper and keep them.
  6. Serve with ketchup and mayonnaise.
