Ingredients to make Quick Chicken Cutlet

  • Minced chicken 300g
  • green chillies as per taste
  • Boiled potatoes
  • salt as per taste
  • Cheese slices 2
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • egg for coating 2

How to make Quick Chicken Cutlet

  1. Cook the mince with green chillies and salt. I did not even add oil. Once the mince is cooked, add boiled potatoes and mix it well till the potatoes are smashed and the mixture holds itself. Cut the cheese slices for stuffing.
  2. Make balls as per desired size, make a patty and place a small piece of the cheese slice. Now seal the cheese properly.
  3. Beat an egg, coat the chicken balls in the egg and roll them on the bread crumbs. You can either bake them, deep fry or shallow fry.
