Rasgulla is bengali sweet and almost favorite of everyone,mine too, I always wanted to try these baked rasgullas, I tried and they really turned yum,friends do try this version

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For Rasgulla
  2. 1&1/2 cow milk
  3. 1 tsp Lemon juice
  4. 1cup sugar
  5. 3Glass of water
  6. for baking
  7. 2 tablespoons Hersheys chocolate syrup
  8. 1/2 cup condensed milk
  9. 1 cup milk
  10. 2 tsp Cornflour
  11. 2 tsp pistachio slivers
  12. 1 cup paneer grated
  13. Some rose petals

Instructions

  1. process of rasgulla
  2. boil milk and cool completely
  3. seive it and again keep for boiling
  4. as it starts boiling add lemon juice
  5. stir it,You will notice milk starts curdling
  6. switch off flame
  7. seive curdled milk in muslin cloth
  8. throw away the whey
  9. wash the paneer with cold water
  10. squeeze out extra water
  11. open cloth and remove paneer in plate
  12. mash it with your palm for 6-7 minutes till it turns soft like dough
  13. now mix sugar and water and keep for boiling
  14. make small crackfree balls of paneer
  15. as soon as sugar and water starts boiling add paneer balls
  16. cover with lid and boil for 15 minutes on high flame and 5 minutes low flame
  17. switch off the flame
  18. cool down completely for 1 hour
  19. now we will make process of baking
  20. preheat oven on 160 degrees for 10 minutes
  21. in grinder jar add condensed milk
  22. add paneer
  23. add milk and Hersheys syrup
  24. add cornflour
  25. blend it till everything incorporates
  26. squeeze rasgullas and place in baking dish
  27. pour blended liquid over it
  28. drizzle chocolate syrup over it
  29. top with pistachio flakes
  30. bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes
  31. garnish with some rose petals
  32. serve warm or chilled
