It's sweet rice made in pure ghee.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 bowl basmati rice
  2. 1 bowl sugar
  3. 6 tsp ghee
  4. Mixed dry fruits chopped
  5. 5 tsp chopped dry coconut
  6. 1inch cinnamon
  7. 2 badi elachi
  8. 4 clove's
  9. 1tsp food color


  1. Wash and soak rice for 1/2 an hr.
  2. Boil rice add food color till it is 80℅, strain and keep aside.
  3. In a pan put sugar and water, let it boil and let sugar dissolve.
  4. Strain the sugar syrup and keep aside.
  5. In pan put ghee, add clove, cinnamon, elachi saute add dry fruits saute it add chopped coconut, sugar syrup and rice mix nicely with soft hand's simmer till cooked and water evaporates.
  6. Remove it in a serving dish and garnish with dry fruits.
