Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Jaggery 250 grams
  2. Flax seeds 250 grams
  3. Dry ginger powder 2tsp
  4. Desi ghee 1tbls


  1. Dry roast flax seeds in kadai till they relieve a smoky aroma and let it come to normal temperature.
  2. Grind the flax seeds finely and keep aside.
  3. Now beat the jaggery in small pieces with the help of rolling pin.
  4. Heat up the half tbsp ghee and add beaten jaggery into it till it turns into a thick syrup, add powdered flax seeds and ginger powder.
  5. Mix it properly to avoid lumps, keep it aside to rest for 10 minutes n then make small balls to give shape to make laddoos, give them a smooth finish and lustre with the help of remaining ghee.
