Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 50 gm flaxseed flour
  2. 1cup wheat flour
  3. 50 gm Ghee
  4. 1/2cup semolina(suji)
  5. 150 gm caster sugar
  6. 1cup almonds
  7. 1/2cup cashew nuts
  8. 1tsp Cardamom powder


  1. In a large kadai put wheat flour,suji and flaxseed flour and cook stirring continuously until light brown in a colour - bout 5minutes on medium heat.
  2. Remove from fire and to the hot mix add finely ground dry fruits
  3. Now in a large bowl add wheat flour,suji,flaxseed flour,dry fruits cardamom powder sugar and ghee.mix well
  4. Now shape into laddos while the mixture is warm.store in an air tight box.
  5. Easy n tasty ladoos are ready
