ABOUT Healthy Flaxseed and Almond Thepla RECIPE

I used 4 grains and 3 dry fruits powder in my super Healthy Methi Thepla. It is an ideal breakfast recipe in winters

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Grains- wheat one cup
  2. Gram-1 cup
  3. Millet -1/2 cup
  4. Flax seeds 1/2 cup
  5. Corn -1 cup
  6. Dry fruits- Almond 1/2 cup
  7. Peanuts -1/2 cup
  8. Cashews -1/2 cup
  9. Methi chopped - 2 cups
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Red chilli - 1 spoon
  12. Coriander powder - 1 spoon
  13. Ajwain -1/2 teaspoon
  14. Green chillies - 2 chopped
  15. Olive oil - 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Roast all the grains and powder them.
  2. Grind all the dry fruits
  3. In a bowl mix all ingredients and knead a soft dough using warm water.
  4. Make thick circle of dough/roti with roller pin. If not make to easy than used hands to spread.
  5. Transfer the roti to a hot tawa. Cook from both the sides. Sprinkle Olive oil on both the sides and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve crisp hot thepla
