Malpua is a traditional Indian sweet. This recepie is transformation of Malpua in to laddu with Hershey’s chocolate and strawberry syrup twist.

suji rava 1 cup
moida 1 cup
milk 1 cup
sugar 4-5 tablespoon
fennel seed 1 tablespoon
crushed black pepper 1 teaspoon
decicated coconut 1 cup
ghee 4-5 tablespoon
Hershey’s chocolate syrup and strawberry syrup
water as required to prepare the batter.

Instructions

soak 1 cup of rava into 1 cup of milk. Add 1 cup maida, 4-5 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon fennel seed and 1 teaspoon crushed black pepper powder to it. add water gradually and prepare a smooth batter.
heat 4-5 tablespoon ghee in a pan . Add the batter . stir continuously till it semisolid.
add 1 cup of decicated coconut powder. mix well and cook for few more minutes. turn off the flame.
Add Hershey’s chocolate syrup and strawberry syrup. mix well.
Make laddu while they are still warm
garnish with cashew and some chocolate and strawberry syrup.
