ABOUT Malpua with rabri RECIPE

This is a quick dessert that can be made in no time and is absolutely lipsmacking. Follow this easy recipe to make these at your home. These malpuas are dry ones and not the ones that are dipped in sugar syrup.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. For RABRI
  2. Milk 1.5 ltr
  3. Brown sugar 2 cups
  4. For malpua
  5. Wheat flour 1 cup
  6. Sugar as per taste
  7. Sauf powder 1 tspn
  8. Egg 1
  9. Milk to make it dropping consistency
  10. Oil or ghee for frying malpua


  1. For rabri :
  2. Boil milk and sugar. Stir continuously until it reduces to half the volume and becomes thick. Let this cool down and then refrigerate
  3. For malpua :
  4. Mix all the ingredients and rest it for 30 mins.
  5. Heat ghee or oil,pour the batter and fry on medium heat until golden brown.
  6. Serve malpua and pour Rabdi over it.
