About Party Rasmalai pudding Recipe

It is a layered pudding in which the cake layer is soaked with cardamom flavoured milk with almond and pista flakes. A quick and delicious rasmalai pudding which taste even better when made a day before with simple and few ingredients

Ingredients to make Party Rasmalai pudding

  • Sponge cake 500gms
  • Full cream Milk 1.5litre
  • paneer 250 gms (grated)
  • Condensed milk 1/2cup
  • sugar 1/2cup
  • cardamom powder 1tsp
  • saffron 1/2 tsp soaked
  • Whipping cream 1 cup
  • almond flakes 4tbsp
  • pista flakes 2 tbsp
  • Dry rose petals (decoration)

How to make Party Rasmalai pudding

  1. In a deep borosil dish arrange the cake slices
  2. Heat milk and add all the ingredients and boil till little thick
  3. When cool pour on cake slices
  4. Whip cream and pipe into your favourite design

My Tip:

You can use your leftover cake or use good quality bread
