A Child's favorite snack at any party!

Ingredients Serving: 12

  1. 1 bowl Cake crumbs
  2. Food color
  3. 2-3 tbsp. Jam of your choice (I used mixed fruit jam)
  4. 2 tbsp Fresh Cream
  5. 1 tbsp. Tutti Fruti
  6. 100 gms Melted Chocolate

Instructions

  1. To make your own cake at home, Mix in one bowl, 2 eggs, 100 gms Maida, 100 gms. Sugar, 100 gms. butter, 2 tbsp. Milk. Mix all till well blended and pour in a greased cake pan. Bake at 180 for 35-40 mins. Let it cool. Use as needed.
  2. Divide cake crumbs into 4 parts and color with 2 drops of desired food color. Keep one part white. You could also make this party snack with ready made Chocolate cake.
  3. Add the Cream, Jam and Tutti Fruti, and shape into cake balls. Insert Lollipop stick and keep in the fridge for 30 mins.
  4. Dip the cold Cake pops into the melted chocolate and swirl around to coat the cake pops. Dip the cake pops in different sprinkles to make it more attractive.
  5. Keep the cake pops upright till the chocolate hardens. (I put them upright on a small piece of thermocol and kept them in the fridge.)
