Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 grams mushrooms
  2. 1 cup milk
  3. 4 cups water
  4. 1 onion
  5. 5 to 6 garlic cloves
  6. 1/4cupchopped coriander
  7. 2 tbsp butter
  8. 1tsp pepper
  9. Salt to season
  10. 2 tbsp wheat flour
  11. 1 tsp oil
  12. 1 bay leaf

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the button mushrooms
  2. Slice the onion.chop the garlic fine.
  3. Heat some butter. Throw in the bay leaf, chopped garlic.saute.next goes the sliced onions.
  4. Saute till transparent. Add the halved mushrooms.saute seasoning with some salt.
  5. Now add the water and boil for around 10minutes.
  6. Cool a bit. Take 3 parts of the cooked mushroom with some of its stock and grind to a fine paste.keep aside
  7. Take a deep sauce pan .add some butter.roast the wheat flour for few minutes.now stir in the remaining part of mushroom with the stock.
  8. Gradually add the mushroom paste . add the milk.keep stirring continuously. Session with pepper.
  9. Throw in some chopped coriander and simmer for 2 minutes. Check for seasoning.There you go
  10. Ready to serve hot creamy mushroom soup.
