Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mushroom , 4 Cups
  2. Onion , 1 medium
  3. Garlic, 3-4 Cloves
  4. Almond Milk , 1 cups (you can replace it with normal low fat milk)
  5. Butter, 2 tbsp
  6. Vegetable broth, 1.5 Cups
  7. Wheat Flour or Maida, 2-3 teaspoon
  8. Black pepper, 1/4 tsp
  9. Oregano, 1/4 tsp
  10. Nutmeg Powder, 1/4 tsp
  11. Salt


  1. Finely Chop mushroom, onion and ginger
  2. Add butter in a non stick pan and add onion and garlic to it
  3. When onion turns light pink add mushroom to it and cook for 4-5 minutes on low flame.
  4. Turn off flame. Take out 2 tbsp of the mixture and make a fine paste of the rest of it.
  5. Now add flour in the pan and stir.
  6. Add fine paste of mushroom and sauted mushroom in the pan.
  7. Add Vegetable Broth or water and stir continuously.
  8. Add pepper, nutmeg, oregano and salt.
  9. Add milk and stir continuously until a boil. Turn off the heat. Serve hot.
