Quinoa daal dosa

Ingredients to make Quinoa daal dosa

  • Idli rice 3/4 cup
  • Quinoa 3/4 cup
  • moong dal yellow 1/2 cup
  • masoor dal 1/2 cup
  • Tuvar dal 1/4 cup
  • Chana dal 1/2 cup
  • fenugreek seeds 1/4 tspn
  • salt as required

How to make Quinoa daal dosa

  1. Take all ingredients together, wash and soak in water for 4-6 hours.
  2. After six hours, wash and grind with water to the dosa batter consistency.
  3. Keep overnight(preferably overnight) for fermentation
  4. Mix well, add salt, pour on the greased hot pan and spread to make the dosa.
  5. Healthy and tasty quinoa dosa is ready to be served with chutney
