Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Mutton half kg
  2. Seeraga Samba rice 1 cup
  3. Ghee 3 tsp
  4. Salt
  5. Onion 2
  6. Tomato 1
  7. Cinnamon cloves cardamom 2
  8. Bey leaf one
  9. Fennel seeds 1/2 tablespoon
  10. Cumin seeds half tablespoon
  11. Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
  12. Mint coriander leaves one handful
  13. Biryani masala 3 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee In a pressure cooker add cinnamon bay leaf clove cardamom fennel seeds cumin seeds
  2. Then add chopped onion tomato salt and fry it for 2 minutes
  3. Then add ginger garlic paste and saute it
  4. Then and biryani masala washed mutton and saute it
  5. Grind mint and coriander leaves to make a smooth paste
  6. Add mint coriander paste to the button and mix well
  7. Add 1 1/2 cup water and mix well
  8. Close the lid and pressure cook the mutton for 10 minutes
  9. Open the lid and add rice and mix it
  10. Then close the lid again pressure cook it for 15 minut on medium flame
