Ingredients to make Butterfly chiken

  • chicken 150 grams
  • ginger garlic paste one teaspoon
  • lemon juice 1 teaspoon
  • black pepper powder half teaspoon
  • tomato sauce one teaspoon
  • Chili sauce one teaspoon
  • Mayonnaise 1 teaspoon
  • potato a large size
  • all purpose flour 2 teaspoon
  • Corn flour 2 teaspoon
  • salt to taste
  • oil
  • Toothpick

How to make Butterfly chiken

  1. marinate the boneless chicken with black pepper powder salt ginger garlic paste and lemon juice
  2. also marinate with tomato sauce Chili sauce and mayonnaise
  3. cut the potato thin round slice
  4. put the marinated chicken between the fold of potato
  5. put the toothpick through the chicken look like butterfly
  6. in a container add all purpose flour corn flour and water then make a thin paste
  7. Deep the butterflies into the thin paste
  8. deep fry the butterflies
