Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3 slices of bread (brown/atta/white)
  2. 1 tbsp boiled chana dal
  3. 1 large onion
  4. 1 large tomato
  5. 1 big size capsicum
  6. 5-6 beans
  7. Mustard seeds
  8. Curry leaves
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  11. 1/2 tbsp chilli sauce
  12. Water
  13. 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. Take a wok add oil. As the oil gets hot add mustard seeds and 4-5 curry leaves.
  2. As the seeds start crackling, add chopped onions.
  3. As the color changes add all the chopped veggies.
  4. Saute for a minute, add chopped tomatoes.
  5. Saute for a minute.
  6. Add boiled chana dal( should be over boiled).
  7. Meanwhile cut slices of bread into cubes .
  8. Add salt and mix it.
  9. Add tomato sauce and chilli sauce.
  10. Mix properly.
  11. Add cubes of bread and 1 tbsp of water.
  12. Mix properly so that masala should mix with bread.
