ABOUT Upma idli RECIPE

Idli with leftover rava upma.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup prepared upma (I used previous days upma)
  2. 1 cup thick yoghurt
  3. 1 cup semolina
  4. Salt as per taste
  5. 1/4 tsp baking soda
  6. Oil to grease the moulds

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, add upma, semolina and yoghurt. Mix well.
  2. Add salt, baking soda and mix well.
  3. Add a cup of water and mix using a whisk. There should not be any lumps.
  4. Grease idli moulds and add batter into it, steam in the steamer until cooked.
  5. Demould and serve with chutney.
