My daughter was hungry and wanted to eat pizza. I made this using some leftover upma and surprisingly it came out so tasty. She liked it very much.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Left over plain upma
  2. Small onion
  3. Green chili
  4. capsicum
  5. Funfoods mayonnaise 2 tbsp
  6. Tomato ketchup 1 tablesp
  7. Cheese
  8. Butter 1 tbsp
  9. 2 tbsp maida


  1. Take the upma in a plate. Add maida and kneed to form a soft dough. Use a little water if required and adjust quantity of maida as required.
  2. Now flatten the dough with rolling pin and press by hands to form pizza crust.
  3. Don't make it too thick or thin. Make 1/2 inch thick round.
  4. Heat a Tawa brush with little butter. Add the Suzi crust.
  5. Cover for 5 minutes. Flip. Cook for another couple of minutes.
  6. Add remaining butter and cook the crust for another 2 or 3 minutes.
  7. Now mix mayonnaise and ketchup and apply on the top. Add finely chopped capsicum and chili and roundels of onion.
  8. Now add grated cheese as much as u want.
  9. Cover for 1 Minute . Now it's done. Enjoy hot.
