Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chana dal 1 cup
  2. Jaggry 1/2 cup
  3. Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  4. Rice flour 1/2 cup
  5. Oil
  6. Grated coconut 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Add water to the rice flour to make thick batter and keep aside
  2. Soke the channa dal for 1 hour and pressure cook with little water and mash it
  3. Add jaggery grated coconut and mix well
  4. Put it in a rice flour mix and fry it in a hot oil
