Spaghetti ball

Ingredients to make Spaghetti ball

  • 1 packet spaghetti
  • 4 grated cheese cube
  • 2 Chopped green chillies
  • butter 50 gram
  • bread crumb 200 gram
  • salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Refined oil 2 cup
  • flour 200 gram
  • Milk 250 ml

How to make Spaghetti ball

  1. boil the spaghetti and keep it aside
  2. Take a pan, pour the milk, flour in it, stir continuously
  3. Then add butter, when the gravy will be thick,add grated cheese cubes in it
  4. Switch off the gas and let the mixture cool down
  5. Mix the gravy with the boiled spaghetti
  6. Add salt black pepper green chillies in it
  7. Make small balls from the dough
  8. Make a batter by using flour and water ,coat each balls in it
  9. Then coat in bread crumbs each ball properly
  10. Heat oil in a pan, deep fry the balls.
  11. Serve hot with tomato sauce
